MEP is an all-inclusive luxury picnic service. Perfect for any occasion, choose from one of our picnic packages with options to add on and make it your own. You pick the date, time, and location we do the rest!

MEP offers the ultimate luxury picnic experience. Where carefully curated design meets chef-inspired Charcuterie. MEP takes care of ALLLL the things! We bring the food and set it up so all you have to do is show up and enjoy yourself. Plus, we clean up everything when you are done, so you literally can just have a great time and leave at the end without having to lift a finger.

Each experience includes:

Food and Drink:

Every picnic deserves delicious food. We are currently serving our seasonal Charcuterie grazing Board filled with meats, cheeses, crackers, fruits and sweet savory pairings. We are proud to say we have vegan, vegetarian, pregnancy- friendly, keto, dairy free, and gluten free options! We do not have a liquor license, so alcohol will not be provided my MEP.

Service:

We want your experience to be amazing and perfection from start to finish. We know planning can sometimes be overwhelming and a road some folks don’t want to bother with. That is why we are here. The MEP experience starts early in the process so we try to make it as easy as possible.

  • After your initial inquiry we respond within 24 hours to schedule a call or zoom meeting so we can figure out exactly what you want.

  • MEP handles all the setup & clean up

  • We are on site for your arrival, but leave during your event so you have privacy.

PLEASE NOTE 

All sales are final.

In the event of bad weather,  your event can be rescheduled to another date of your choosing ( if date is available) credit must be used within 2 month time frame. 

OUTSIDE AREA DELIVERY FEE 

MEP services the Raleigh/Durham area however areas that are over 25 miles out of our zip code radius (27540 ) will have a delivery fee applied. a delivery fee of $35 will be applied to your event and if over 30 miles additional .55 a mile will be added. an invoice will be sent via email .

FOOD

Food for 2 is included in setups. We offer charcuterie boards, fruit trays & grazing tables for 2 an additional $40 fee per person after 2.

BOOKINGS 

Bookings for small parties will be accepted up to 3 days prior to event Bookings for parties over 10 must be booked 1-3 weeks in advance some exceptions may be made if scheduling permits please email or call in advance.
