We know that ambiance is everything and it’s our mission to make your picnic feel beautiful, effortless, and uniquely you. While we do our best to plan every detail, we also know that Georgia weather has a mind of its own. One moment it’s sunshine and blue skies, the next it’s rain or mosquitoes!
We always strive to accommodate and adjust when the weather throws a curveball, but please keep in mind that Mother Nature has the final say. Though we can’t control the elements, we’ll do everything we can to make your experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
All sales are final.
In the event of inclement weather, your event may be rescheduled to another available date of your choosing.
Rescheduled dates must be used within 2 months of the original booking date.
While we do our best to accommodate unexpected weather changes, please remember that some elements especially here in Georgia are beyond our control. We’ll always strive to make your experience as seamless as possible.
delivery & travel fees
Michelle’s Event Planning is now proudly based in Richmond Hill, GA
Events located 25+ miles outside of 31324 will incur a $35 delivery fee.
For locations over 30 miles, an additional $0.55 per mile will be added.
A separate invoice for travel fees will be sent via email.
Food & Beverage
Food for two guests is included in every standard picnic setup.
We offer charcuterie boards, fruit trays, and grazing tables sourced through local vendors.
For additional guests, a $40-$50 per person fee applies. (current marketplace pricing varies)
We also accommodate a variety of dietary needs including vegan, vegetarian, pregnancy-safe, gluten-free, dairy-free, and keto options.
Note: Alcohol is not provided by MEP due to licensing restrictions.
Booking Guidelines
Small parties (up to 10 guests) must be booked at least 3 days in advance.
Events with over 10 guests should be booked 1–3 weeks in advance. ( for more specialty themed events, more time may be needed to acquire supplies)
Last-minute bookings may be accepted depending on availability please call or email to inquire.
